After returning from Tihar jail, Kanhaiya Kumar changed the statement on JNU sedition row, but here is what actually happened in 9th February 2016, Bharat ki Barbadi, Kashmir mange Azadi slogans etc

Cultural Evening organized by Umar Khalid, Anirban and his allies by putting a parcha ‘The Country Without a Post-Office’ and Title ‘ AFZAL TUMHARE ARMANO KO, HUM MANZIL TAK PAHUNCHAYENGE’

Anti-national sloganeering which was legitimized by democratically elected JNUSU President Kanhaiya Kumar, Vice-President Shehla Rashid and General Secretary Rama Naga who marked the event by their presence

Permission for programme withdrawn by ABVP- Administration nexus

a. Permission sought on FALSE PRETEXT

b. Saurabh Sharma, JNUSU Joint Secretary wrote to the VC and the administration went throught the parcha’s subtitle and content and cancelled the event.

ABVP attacked the cultural event

ABVP peacefully protested against the anti-India sloganeering performing their constitutional duty: to uphold and protect sovereignty, unity and integrity of India. (Art.51 A)

JNUSU President Kanhaiya Kumar claims to have been present to “prevent any tussle” between different student groups

He addressed the group that celebrated Afzal’s martyrdom amidst slogans of Azaadi viz Azaadi from India. Azaadi for Kashmir, Kerala, Manipur, Nagaland, bandook ki nok pe azaadi, etc

ABVP manhandled the protesting activists

Swarms of females hit ABVP activists regardless of their gender in a guerilla technique. 

Namrata Das and Sulochna  were most evident in the video.

10th Feb: JNUSU condemnation of 9th Feb. event

10th Feb: No condemnation of the event by the United Left, rather they condemned the Administration and ABVP. (See their parcha dated 10 February, 2016).

Kanhaiya’s speech on 11th feb: Azaadi from RSS, Brahmanvad, Manuvaad

Hate Speech asserting Azaadi for Kashmir, casteist slogans followed by hooliganism

RSS ABVP involved in getting Kanhaiya arrested

Kanhaiya arrested on the basis of 20 evidences  and not preventing anti-India event.

Release Kanhaiya campaign and hate India brigade hijacks  JNUSU

Umar Anirban Ashutosh Rama seek refuge in girls hostel making the hostels vulnerable.

Shehla wrote to VC to avoid police crackdown and arrest, also promising their surrender ( master plan showing awareness of their whereabouts)

Charges remain on him

Bail was conditional and interim in nature and with strict warnings.

Hate speech that replaced

  • Azaadi from India (9th Feb) to Azaadi in India
  • Azaadi for Kashmir to Azaadi from poverty, hunger, unemployment etc.
  • Azaadi for Kashmir to Kashmir is an integral part of India
  • Journalists like Barkha, Rajdeep, Ravish, Rahul Kanwal, Nidhi Razdan flare him as a hero.

Umar-Ban surrender before Kanhaiya’s bail

Ensuring a safe deep asset, Shehla Rashid plays safe card on the master-minds, by resurfacing them one by one with the help of the foot soldiers who had no clue about their hideouts.

Solidarity from top Universities of India and Abroad

HCU, Jadhavpur, Harvard et al which are DENS OF COMMUNISM! Shehla Rashid DID NOT, HOWEVER MENTION THE SOLIDARITY FROM ISIS AND THE VISA REQUESTS INDIAN EMBASSY RECEIVED FROM PAKISTAN for “PILGRIMAGE TO THE PIOUS LAND OF JNU”

While  ABVP female activists being threatened, harassed and humiliated at all grounds.
